A reader contacted me and informed me that the Obamas were not actually making the Devil’s Horns sign in this photograph. He’s totally right. (Thanks MM) Indeed, both Michelle and Barack’s index fingers are down, indicating that they are doing the Hang Loose sign, aka the Hawaiian Shaka Sign.
